Noise from X2 Residency worksite

Dengan segala hormat , perkara diatas yang dirujuk, pihak kami bersamaan dengan Persatuan Penduduk Taman Putra Prima Fasa 1A & 1B dan Persatuan Penduduk Taman Putra Prima Jln PP 4/10 hingga Jln PP 4/15 mewakili penghuni-penghuni dari fasa 1A & 1B, fasa 2A dan fasa 2E ingin memohon jasabaik Tuan agar dapat mempertimbangan permintaan kami untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami oleh komuniti kami seperti berikut:

• Gangguan bunyi kerja-kerja dari tapak pembinaan
• Gangguan bunyi hon dari lori-lori yang ingin masuk ke tapak pembinaan.
• Kejadian bunyi berlaku sepanjang hari sampai larut malam dan awal pagi termasuk hari Ahad.

Dengan itu pihak kami ingin memohon supaya pihak Tuan dapat menghadkan waktu operasi di tapak pembinaan pangsapuri mewah X2 Residency yang dimajukan oleh Samik Corporation Sdn Bhd (Metrogen Sdn Bhd) di Jalan Putra Prima Utama, Taman Putra Prima, Puchong. Kami ingin waktu operasi dihadkan seperti berikut:-

• Isnin-Sabtu : 7pagi – 7 malam
• Ahad, cuti am & cuti Negeri Selangor : Tutup

Pihak kami yakini pihak Tuan dapat menolong penghuni-penghuni kami dari kesesakan berdasar kepada jasabaik pihak Tuan yang diberikan sebelum ini.

Sekian terlebih dahulu kami mengucap terima kasih kepada Tuan .

Their workshop is just located about 200 ft from Lingkaran Putra Prima fence (road parallel to Jln PP 1/2). The entrance to worksite is located junction near Jln Putra Prima Utama and Jln Putra Prima Barat. There where the lorries entering the worksite and sounding their horns regardless of the hour of the day.

There are a few adorable & cute little puppies looking for a good home. Do adopt one or two .Why pay hundreds or thousands for a puppy in the process by making the pet shop owners fat and chubby.

Rubbish opposite Guardhouse

There are some non civic people who are throwing rubbish over the fence opposite our guardhouse. There are food packaging ( I presume it's by our security guards) a few packets of yellow garbage bags (MPS contractor) and miscellaneous unsightly display of irresponsible act.

We have put up some recycled banners to cover-up the eye sore and will seek assistant from land owner (Plenitude Permai Sdn Bhd) and report to Majlis Perbandaran Sepang regarding their contractor's action. A notice will be also served to Armourguard (M) Sdn Bhd on the action of their security guard.

We do hope residents to report to us if seen any culprits in action. Thank you
