CARTA ALIR PERMOHONON SKIM KOMUNITI BERPAGAR DAN BERPENGAWAL 'GATED & GUARDED COMMUNITY' OLEH PERSATUAN PENDUDUK

FLOW CHART OF GATED & GUARDED COMMUNITY SCHEME APPLICATION BY RESIDENT ASSOCIATION

1) Permohonan oleh Persatuan Penduduk berserta dokumen-document berkaitan (Rujuk Senarai Semak)
Application by Residents Association with related document (Refer Checklist)

2) Permohonan diterima oleh OSC (Urus setia)
Applications received by the OSC (Secretariat)


3) OSC membuat edaran dokumen kepada jabatan teknikal berkaitan:
  • Pentadbir Tanah Sepang
  • Jabatan Perancang Bandar, MP Sepang
  • Jabatan Kejuruteraan, MP Sepang
  • Jabatan Bangunan, MP Sepang
  • TNB
  • SYABAS
  • SKMM
OSC distribute documents  to the relevant technical department:
  • Sepang Land Administrator
  • Department of City Planning, MP Sepang
  • Engineering Department, MP Sepang
  • Department of Buildings, MP Sepang
  • TNB
  • SYABAS
  • SKMM
4) Ulasan diterima daripada Jabatan Teknikal berkaitan dalam tempoh dua (2) minggu
Reviews received from the relevant Technical Department within two (2) weeks

5) Keputusan Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pusat Setempat (OSC), MP Sepang
Decision by One-Stop Centre (OSC) Committee meeting

6a) Tolak Surat makluman kepada Persatuan Penduduk ~ TAMAT
Not approved Notification letter to the Residents Association ~ END

6b) Lulus (Pengeluaran Borang C1-Kelulusan Kenebaran Merancang)
Approved (Issue of Form C1-Planning Permission)

7) Permohonan TOL (Temporary of Land) dikemukakan ke Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Sepang
Application for TOL (Temporary of Land) sunmission to the Sepang District and Land Office

8) Lulus ~ Permohonan Permit Bangunan bagi pondok pengawal dikemukakan ke Jabatan Bangunan, MP Sepang
Approved ~ Guardhouse Building Permit Application to be submitted to the Department of Building, MP Sepang

9) Lulus ~ Pembinaan Pondok Pengawal
Approved ~ Construction of Guardhouse

10) Selesai Proses
Process Complete
