The Formation of Resident Association

A few residents with much concern to the well being of the Taman Putra Prima Phase 2A community gather and decided to form a Resident Association (RA). The objectives of this RA as follows :-

To bring the residents of Taman Putra Prima Phase 2A (hereinafter referred to as “the Community”) closer to one another as one big family.

To promote goodwill, harmony and unity among the residents of the Community and render mutual assistance.

To promote the welfare of the residents of the Community.

To mutually protect the prestige and interests of the residents in the Community.

To carry out all lawful actions that in the opinion of the Executive Committee promotes and advances the interests of the residents of the Community

To collect, obtain, publish and disseminate statistics and other information relating to the community and to all members connected therewith

To raise funds, accept donations, endowments, legacies and subscriptions from persons or bodies desiring to promote the objects stated herein and to hold such funds as Trustees for the achievement of the said objects subject to the approval of the authorities concern.

To donate, disburse or expend money under its control in any manner approved by the Committee of the Coalition in order to further the achievement of the said objects.

To purchase, take on lease, rent or otherwise acquire property for use of the Coalition in line with its objectives.

To ensure any problems and challenges facing the community be discussed in appropriate forums, thereafter to formulate proposals and seek their solutions with the authorities concerned.

Membership shall be opened to all residents and non-resident house owners of Jalan PP 1/2, Jalan PP 1/3 and Jalan PP 1/4, Taman Putra Prima, Puchong, Selangor who are above 18 years of age.

This RA does not collect security fees and handle the security matters of this Taman as the  Security matters are being managed by Kaw Rukun Tetangga Taman Putra Prima Fasa 2A (KRT). This is to avoid over-lapping of jurisdiction.
